When hiring a BWP wrestling ring you receive a set-up crew that will erect the ring prior to your show and dismantle and pack the ring at the end of your show.

If you also need extra Professional Wrestlers to work on your shows then we can book wrestlers on your behalf, costs of these wrestlers are to be dealt with directly.  Details of workers can be arranged at the time of booking the wrestling ring.

Terms & Conditions of Hire
1. The wrestling ring will be delivered to the pre-confirmed venue at a pre-arranged time.
2. Payment will be made to a BWP reprasentative upon arrival at the venue, prior to the ring being offloaded and erected. Costs to be paid are both the ring hire charge as well as the fuel amount for a return journey, fuel receipts will be provided to you as proof.
3. Any damages caused to the ring will be covered by BWP unless caused through neglegence, graffitti or misuse. The person(s) responsible for the wrestling ring hire will be charged for all costs of repair in the event of these circumstances.
4. BWP ring crew members will be on hand during live shows/events to carry out maintenance at set times as well as during the show if required. BWP ring crew will take no other part/role in the show/event.
5. The wrestling ring will be provided with plain, black, unmarked ring surrounds as well as with black corner pads that are marked with the BWP logo. These BWP logos are not removable and must not be tampered with.
6. Any injuries occured inside of the hired ring will not be the resposibility of BWP due to the nature of the activities it is hired for. The ring will be erected and checked by both a BWP Representative and the person(s) responsible for the hire of the ring, before anybody other than a BWP crew member is permitted gain access to the ring.
7. Only approved/dedicated footwear to be worn in the ring
