Tina Starr was one of the best female wrestlers ever to grace a wrestling ring. She was a born fighter who took to wrestling like a duck to water. Despite her slim build she could hold her own with anyone and was well able to handle herself against any opponent. She had some tremendous battles with the 20 stone Klondyke Kate and the World champion Rusty Blair. Orig Williams played a big part in her training as did Crusher Mason (Mighty Chang). During her career she got to visit many countries that she otherwise would have never seen including parts of the Middle East and several African countries. Tina enjoyed great success wherever she went and often partnered Mitzi Mueller in The Golden Girls tag team. Originally from Dewsbury in Yorkshire, the family moved to North Wales when her mun took over the running of a night club in Rhyl. On the nights that she wasn't wrestling Tina worked behind the bar in the club. There was never any need to employ bouncers, If there was any trouble, Tina would vault over the counter and sort it out. Now happily married and still living in North Wales, Tina is still as beautiful as ever and seems to get better looking as she gets older.
