BREAKING NEWS: BWP Founder, Steve ‘The Sax Man’ Saxon, has confirmed that he will be having even more say at the next BWP Event, Cruel Intentions in Wrexham, North Wales on Saturday 7th November 2009 by setting one of the many matches to be held that night.

The Cruel Intentions event is the brain-child of BWP General Manager Rudy Wynne, but BWP Founder Steve Saxon has declared that one match of that particular event will be for the ‘Sure Shot Challenge’ which means that the winner of the match/challenge will be awarded a unique legallly binding contract that will allow them to call for a shot at the BWP World Catchweight Championship any time within 12 months of winning the match.

Sax has stated that ‘through the interest of fairness, after the Stoke show and viewing videos of the Liverpool show, it appears that my illustrious General Manager, Rudy Wynne, has taken a disliking to BWP Superstar The G-Man Simon Gaytley.  I feel that it is not good business to single out a competitor, especially one that draws as much attention and money as The G-Man does right now, therefore representing myself in the Sure Self Challenge will be none other than The G-Man Simon Gaytley.  This is my final decision, and not one that The Word may alter – however in the same ‘interest of fairness’ I am allowing and willing Rudy Wynne to select a member of the BWP Roster to have the 2nd entry in this challenge, therefore he may select any Superstar he deems appropriate to face Simon Gaytley – the winner of the match will then gain themselves a chance to call for a title shot against the champion, whomever that may b, at any time within a 12 month period from the date that the match commences.’

This ground shattering news will certainly be a call for the BWP General Manager to take immediate action.  Who will The Word select to represent him at his aptly named Cruel Intentions event on November 7th?  With a BWP title shot in the balance, as well as being able to face and beat the boss, Steve Saxon, The Word Rudy Wynne will have all eyes focused on him.

Stay tuned for further updates.

BWP Cruel Intentions Wrexham, 7th November 2009

The BWP return to Acton, Wrexham in North Wales on 7th November 2009 as BWP General Manager ‘The Word’ Rudy Wynne has demanded that certain Superstars are on hand for him to provide suitable matches for.   Nobody yet knows who The Word is targeting in this seemingly aptly named show, however Cruel Intentions s set to be yet another sell out show for the BWP.

Last time the BWP showcased their talent in Wrexham, the BWP GM had a less than positive reaction from the Welsh crowd and ended up being planted on his backside by the highly popular G-Man – will the return visit see the same results or had the General Manager learnt from his past mistakes?

Stay tuned for further updates on this highly anticipated return to North Wales.

G-Man and The Word No Joking!

Saturday, September 12th, 2009

Last week in Crosby, Liverpool at the BWP Takeover Show – BWP General Manager, Rudy Wynne pitted the G-Man Simon Gaytley against 3 of the newest members of the BWP, JokerRico & The Goons.  In this controversial decision by The Word, G-Man fought for his life and reputation against three of the sickest athletes in the wrestling industry to date, despite his efforts G-Man was unsuccessful in the 3 on 1 competition, but not without on hell of a fight.

The Liverpool crowd watched in amazement as The Pink Gladiator held his own against JokerRico and his Goons for over 20 minutes – until their combined antics were too much for Gaytley to withstand no more.

After G-Mans hard fought match you would think that the ‘impartial’ General Manager would lay off the peoples favourite, sadly not, The Word Rudy Wynne then informed that G-Man that as a result of the physical interaction they had at the last Wrexham show, that should Simon Gaytley lay a finger on the power-head without just provocation, the G-Man would be fired on the spot.

The G-Mans reaction then provoked further controversy as he spat in the face of the General Manager, leaving The Word absolutely livid.  What will next months ‘Cruel Intentions’ show hold for the G-Man?  The very place that this feud began just 2 months ago … stay tuned for further updates.

Lady Grace Thomas

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Leading up to the last show in Wrexham, North Wales, Lord Graham Thomas had a score to settle with the BWP’s most flamboyant star, “The G-Man” Simon Gaytley. The G-Man wanted to take away LGT’s dignity, and was willing to put up his place in the final of the Championship Showdown up for grabs, with one condition, should the BWP’s nobleman lose, then he’d be forced to wear a dress!

Unfortunately for the BWP’s “Real Man Man”, Simon Gately was forced to wrestle a man he never faced before, Night Stalker, for his position in the final of the BWP championship tournament. Lord Graham Thomas however, would face “The Knockout” Brad Matthews, in a match that would see the winner advance to the final tournament. The change of match was revealed to be the work of the devious Rudy Wynne, who exclaimed that LGT would make a “Marketable Champion”.

Unfortunately, one of his opponents in the championship showdown, the afformentioned Simon Gaytley, was to have other plans. In posession of a dress, The G-Man put the Lord to sleep with a devistating sleeperhold. When the English Gentleman came to following in part to a chop to the back, he was humiliated! With the strains of “Dude Look Like a Lady”, “Lady Grace Thomas”, as it was dubbed by the BWP fans in Wrexham, was quickly eliminated from the main event following a fisherman’s suplex from Seb Winterz.

Gold is Thicker Than Blood

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

In the show in Wrexham on July 11th, the members of the Supernaturals were put in a match against each other by vengeful general manager “The Word” Rudy Wynne, that match was to fill the last spot in the BWP Catchweight Championship Tournament. “The Word” commented that he wanted to split up The Supernaturals in a “divide & conquer exercise”. Unfortunately, he hit his goal.

For a long time in the match, it looks like a simple classic wrestling bout between brothers, similar to the fair yet competitive matches these two fought whilst training together, however it wasn’t supposed to be a fair fight.

Angelos shocked the world by slowly resorting to cheating tactics throughout the match, and whilst Metal kept up the offense with aerial and high risk maenovers, he was unprepared for his cheating brother’s ways, and Angelos advanced into the final where he was ultimately unsuccessful in his challgenge for the BWP Championship.

The question is, what now of the two brothers? Is this the end of the Supernaturals? Only time will tell.
