Saxons Sure Shot Screwjob

At BWP Cruel Intentions last month, Steve Saxon, Founder of Britannia Wrestling Promotions, set a special kind of match that would see the winner be awarded with an official contract that would allow him the chance to cash in his Sure Shot against the BWP World Catchweight Champion anytime within a 12 month period of winning the contract.

Saxon had previously added The G-Man to the match as his selection of Superstar, and had allowed BWP General Manager, ‘The Word’ Rudy Wynne, to choose G-Mans opponent.

Wynne had kept his choice of Superstar to himself up until seconds before the bell. After getting in the face of The G-Man, and the wild Wrexham crowd, Rudy announced the return of The Lethal Luchador, El Destello! The look on G-Mans face clearly indicated that he wasn’t too pleased about Rudy’s choice of opponent, as Destello and G-Man have battled each other time and time again. Knowing the sick and twisted style of The Lethal Luchador, G-Man was thrown even further off his game, as Rudy announced that the match would be a No Holds Barred match!

This added last minute stipulation to the match had clearly been predetermined by The Word and El Destello, as Destello came to the ring clutching a steel chain and his ever-present Singapore Cane!

Although The G-Man did his utmost to ensure victory, not just for himself, but for BWP Founder Steve Saxon, El Destello eventually gained the victory by knock-out as rehttp://www.britanniawrestling.co.uk/blogs/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=411&message=1feree Tom Ball stopped the match after Destello locked G-Man in a full nelson, as his fellow Word Association member, Marcus King wrapped G-Mans legs in the ropes, and was ordered by The Word to then crack the singapore cane across the already unconcious G-Man!

El Destello was then presented the briefcase that held his Sure Shot contract by a smirking and overjoyed Rudy Wynne, and then all Word Association members, including Lord Graham Thomas who made his way quickly to the ring after the match had concluded, and attacked a battered G-Man further. The damage caused to G-Man could and would have been a lot worse if it hadn’t have been for BWP Champion Seb Winterz making the save and chasing of the W.A. members as he stood over his long time friend who was lay flat out on the canvas.
